Refund policy
All of our products, including Zouza and any future pâtisserie items, are perishable food products.
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at raakeshdatascience@gmail.com if your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed deliveries caused by the carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if we determine that the product was faulty or damaged before it reached you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
